A client of ours in the Halstead area are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time temporary - permanent position working Monday Friday 9.00am 5.00pm and paying £10.00 - £11.00 per hour depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the administration of materials, equipment logistics, working site administration and working permit requests.
Communicating with customers, colleagues and company Directors.
To be the first point of contact for all external and internal clients.
General administration duties and completed job invoice raising.
Answering calls/emails and dealing with any queries.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator role:
Be confident and enthusiastic.
Experience in a building maintenance environment is beneficial but not a necessity.
Excellent organisation skills
Transferable Administrator and Customer Service skills.
Experience in all Microsoft Office packages (Quickbooks would be a plus)
Admin and Secretarial experience desirable
