We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and confident individual to join a growing Distribution business as a Customer Support Administrator.As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for customer requirements and liaise across internal departments and support Account Managers to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated and dynamic person to thrive, working within a challenging yet rewarding customer focused environment.Excellent IT skills are required along with the knowledge and ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing in a business setting.What to Expect: Fantastic Team Culture Career progression opportunities Full-time / Permanent Monday-Friday / 9am-5pm (35-hour week) Starting Salary - circa £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Benefits include enhanced pension scheme and private healthcareIf this sounds like an opportunity you would like to explore further, apply today!Summary of Duties: Processing sales orders including order inputting and acknowledgements Generating picking lists and despatch notes Booking transport for customer collections and deliveries Supporting Account Managers with new enquiries, pricing, and general emails Visiting customers with Account Managers Liaising with the warehouse re; customer deliveries, returns and complaints Logging and upkeep of customer complaints on the Quality Management Log Generating sales returns and booking stock back in Logging Visit Reports from the Sales TeamBit About You: Previous administration experience / skills is essential Excellent IT skills, accustomed to using different sytems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will have confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
