ALCO Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We deliver packages for Amazon. We are looking for highly motivated workers and great drivers to join the team as a Delivery Associate in the West Suburbs. We operate out of the new DXH6 station in Downers Grove, IL.
WE ARE HIRING NOW, start here:
-We have one of the earliest start times at the station (9AM)
-Personal cars are parked indoors and onsite. Most of the other companies are outside and offsite.
-We have been the company at our station for 3 months now
-We use the Sling App, which it makes it super easy to see your schedule, make days unavailable, and communicate easily with co-workers and management.
-Paid training and education to drive C-Class vehicles, furthering a possible career in logistics.
-Culture of success, fairness, and taking care of our drivers!
Scan and load packages into the van in the morning. Use a mobile device to navigate and deliver each package. Make sure the package is delivered safely and properly to each customer. Operates and drives the van in a professional and safe manner. Delivers smiles to customers as well as packages!
Must be 21 years old, have a valid Driver's License and a safe driving record. Drug test required.
Must be able to work on weekends if needed. Days off will be discussed during the interview.
Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills.
Must be passionate about Amazon's customer obsession!
Must be a quick learner and adaptable and be able to handle a variety of responsibilities.
Must be a reliable person.
Must be able to work weekends.
Previous experience is preferred but not required. We will train you to be the best DA!
