FIELD CARE MANAGER £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience Office based role - North Nottingham area Hours - 9-5 Monday to Fridays with shared on-call duties (1 weekend in every 9) This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and professional organisation based close to the Mansfield area. This role may suit someone who has a background within supported living environments or care home settings. To recruit and place health care assistants into temporary and permanent positions within community settings. To support the set up and maintain community care packages alongside Community team and Branch Manager, including responding to the initial enquiry and liaising with team to gather information. To help maintain existing business and support building upon this by actively seeking new business to ensure there are enough care packages to oversee. To be a self-motivated team member who has the desire and passion to succeed in achieving personal, departmental and business objectives and helping others to do the same. The duties: Support the building and maintaining of existing business within a certain area by filling requirements from clients. Liaise with Case Managers, Solicitors, Social workers to discuss the company's services and to offer a tailored package to suit the clients needs. Visit clients to discuss any issues in relation to the care packages that you support and discuss any issues or concerns Help establish and maintain care packages by sourcing the relevant staff who have suitable skills and experience, to oversee the package along with the MDT. To be responsible for supporting the community clients support packages to ensure they run smoothly, dealing with any issues that arise. Implementing any changes to staff or additional changes which need to be implemented to ensure they run smoothly in conjunction with the client. Attend client visits to discuss any issues or concerns. Visit clients to discuss any issues in relation to the care packages that you support Help establish and maintain care packages by sourcing the relevant staff who have suitable skills and experience, to oversee the package along with the MDT. Responsible for supporting the community clients support packages to ensure they run smoothly, dealing with any issues that arise. Implementing any changes to staff or additional changes which need to be implemented to ensure they run smoothly in conjunction with the client. Work towards KPI's, targets and objectives on a daily / weekly / monthly basis including providing a business report for your own area. Establish where there is a need for recruiting new staff, to recruit and advertise in accordance with the branch administrator and the branch budget. Interview perspective health care assistants as part of the recruitment process. To follow the CQC requirements as set out by the Care Manager / General Manager and to ensure these requirements are followed at all times. To carry out supervision and appraisals for field staff. To ensure that files of clients and field staff meet any regulatory standards, i.e. CQC and NHS, CCG etc. Due to the nature of this role you will need to have a clean drivers licence and have access to your own transport.
