Looking to recruit a Health, Safety and Environmental advisor to join a leading property services company Responsibilities: advise on operational compliance of all relevant operational activities, ensuring current procedures / systems within the business comply with relevant policy and legislation. Provide consistent and accurate HSE advice to employees Produce Hub HSE statistics on a monthly basis, identify trends and take proactive action to improve performance You'll ensure our iMS systems and documentation is managed in compliance with ISO Standards, legal and regulatory requirements. Undertake timely investigations Keep local and corporate management informed on status Identify root causes Produce safety alerts as above Contribute to general communications at a local level Produce and communicate safety alerts following incidents to promote learning and preventionRequirments: Like you to be educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally with relevant professional qualification, i.e. NEBOSH, Lead Auditor etc. With knowledge of process control, quality assurance principles and operational management systems be competent with Adobe and Microsoft packages and have strong analytical, problem-solving skills Experience within a relevant sector/operating environment Analytical skills to interpret detailed information and regulations CSCS Safety Professional card A genuine passion for Health, Safety, Environment & QualityIf you think this is the role for you please contact Martha Seymour on (phone number removed) Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
