Our client, a leading private healthcare company in Harley Street are looking for an Experienced Practice Manager to join their growing team Duties & Responsibilities Manage and motivate a team including 6 Medical secretaries, 1 practice receptionist, 6 Booking coordinators, corporate team and 2 deputy managers, overseeing management of 6 General practitioners and 6 on call General practitioners Ensure a smooth operation of the clinic by overseeing the day to day running of the practice and all departments, monitor coordination of appointments and ensure maximum efficiency of the appointment diary Ensure the relevant Covid-19 safety measures are in place from booking to appointment. Monitor booking efficiency to ensure all needs are met by patients Demonstrate a high standard of service upon patient appointment and enquiries Monitor overall service delivery of team members Monitor online booking process and online calendar Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times Book and coordinate diary to accommodate emergency appointment requests for in clinic and out of clinic visits Maintain a Yes attitude to all patients requests to ensure appointment requests are never declined Reinforce and ensure GDPR regulations are met Maintain good working relationships with administration staff, management and Doctor s Recruit Staff members for the bookings department and conduct training sessions Create training packs and plan for new staff members and temporary staff members Managing the arrangements for cleaning, security and health and safety for the practice Ensuring the IT system is maintained and developed Log all out of hours telephone calls to ensure follow up calls are made Work alongside the CEO to ensure CQC standards are maintained through Coordinate and manage the in clinic and out of hours doctor shifts Conduct regular staff meetings and one to one sessions with team member Scanning in clinical documentation into patients clinical profiles Manage the bookings team and receptionist effectively, setting objectives and conducting regular one to ones and prioritising workloads Develop and maintain great relationships with cooperate companies Coordinate medical appointments for VIP patients Working with business development manager and CEO to identify marketing opportunities Deliver a high standard of patient service from initial booking through to appointment Lead by example to ensure a high level of service is delivered at all times Ensure all relevant paperwork is received and prepared prior to patients appointments Ensure a VIP patient experience is delivered Create, update and reinforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the booking department Maintain good communication through regular meetings and discussion with administration staff, management and Doctor s Champion and demonstrate the brands visions and values Monitoring patient satisfaction, and handling any complaints You must be able to deal with difficult patients, this is a very demanding role You will be used to dealing with high network individuals The ideal candidate will be confident, self motivated, able to motivate and manage others and be able to hit the ground running, working in a busy, pressurised environment Salary £50,000 - £55,000
