Our Offer Capgemini Engineering is looking for Technical Architect-UPM to join team working on Projects on OSS performance domain. Role purpose: The organization has an opportunity for an experienced Technical Architect/SME in OSS performance domain. As Technical Architect, you have exciting career opportunities at a time when team is driving the way Telecom Operators & Service providers are transforming to the Cloud, NFV and SDN. You shall be engaged in OSS delivery projects related to Performance domain (UPM). As a Technical Architect, you will participate in discussion across different Projects within the OSS domain and will be responsible for evolution of High- and Low-Level Design, acceptance of Design (Strategy, Test Cases), Test & Delivery Assurance, and support the application/product go-live. You will also ensure knowledge transfer and coaching of the rest of the Technical Architect community. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Strong OSS domain expertise experience specifically to Performance Management. Able to work on Unified Performance Management (UPM) solution which is deployed across multiple European countries. Define working solutions that can be implemented using technology by applying proven methods and methodologies, and abstract knowledge. Proficiency in building network level KPIs, dashboards and understanding of KPI solutions which can be used to monitor Network Performance. You will lead the solution design throughout the project lifecycle and be accountable for solution integrity Gather and map customer s requirements. Also articulate functional and non-functional requirements to business and technical stakeholders. Own, facilitate & conduct technical workshops with the RAN, Core and Transmission product owner/teams. Able to create business plans including costs and pricing analysis. Analyze and investigate possible solutions to meet the customer s business and technical requirements. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal team members. Drive project kick-off activities, chairing technical meetings with vendors and stakeholders, provide inputs to PM for project plan creation. Together with the project manager identify scope and assist in services cost estimation. Participate to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and help MS Engagement Practice provide answers concisely. Key qualifications for the role: Technical and practical knowledge on different OSS applications (ex-UPM, PrOptima, ZenPM, Infovista, Sevone etc). Expertise in SQL, Kibana & Tableau. Experience in NFV, SDN and Cloud concepts linked with virtualization is needed. Working knowledge on different networking concepts and understanding of Protocols like (TCP/IP, SNMP, Cobra/Netconf). Expertise in AWS, EC2, elastic search and also familiar with Linux, Shell. Strong in Test Management, Test strategy, plans and execution for Functional, Feature, Assurance, regression, and exploratory testing. Extensive experience in writing HLD s & LDD s and review of technical documentation provided by different vendors. Experience in defect management tools like BMC Remedy, JIRA, Bugzilla. Knowledge in Containers, Kubernetes and Microservices concepts is a plus. Take ownership, accountability and demonstrate leadership to build and advance expertise among the Technical Architect community. Should be flexible in taking up different roles and tackling multiple projects & being a quick learner.
