Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Warranty Claim Analyst for the Service Organization. This role will provide administrative, and analytical support to the Warranty Team with the focus on improving warranty data and cost management.  An ideal candidate would be an automotive and data driven individual that will be responsible to audit and maintain warranty claim accuracy and integrity.

  • The Role:

  • Analyze and audit warranty claims to ensure warranty claims adhere to warranty policies and procedures requirements
  • Maintain, audit, and communicate program metrics through analytical reporting, not limited to program trends, opportunities, etc.
  • Assemble and distribute warranty reports to management related to claim processing.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide visibility on warranty trends and assist in corrective actions as required.
  • Verifies Labor Time Guide to warranty tables. Analyze warranty labor times for review.
  • Review and provide feedback to improve warranty policy and procedures

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of experience in automotive warranty or related service industry
  • Basic automotive technical experience, theory and operation
  • Computer Skills to include Microsoft Excel and ability to learn and adapt to new software systems as required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate with individuals, groups and vendors.
  • Motivated to improve and maintain processes
